Ramadan message from MACE President

Assalamu Alaikum Dear MACE Community,

As the blessed month of Ramadan approaches, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to each and every one of you. Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and heightened devotion—a month that holds profound importance in the live of each one of us and in the lives of Muslims around the world.

During this month, let us come together as a community to embrace the teachings of compassion, generosity, and unity. Let us open our hearts to the blessings of Ramadan, seeking forgiveness, guidance, and strength from the Most Merciful. Let us strive to deepen our connection with Allah (SWT) through increased prayers, recitation of the Qur’an, and acts of charity.

As we fast from dawn until sunset, let us remember those who are less fortunate, extending a helping hand to those in need and spreading kindness wherever we go. Let us remember our brothers and sisters in Gaza and all around the world as we are fasting and when we break our fast, when we are praying and when we make our Du’a.

Moreover, let us cherish the opportunity to gather in Jama’a for Taraweeh prayers, fostering a sense of spiritual connection and brotherhood and sisterhood within our community.

In the midst of the challenges Muslims face, let Ramadan serve as a beacon of hope, renewal, and transformation. May it rejuvenate our faith, purify our souls, and inspire us to live with purpose and righteousness.

I pray that this Ramadan brings you and your loved ones immense blessings, peace, and prosperity. May our fast be accepted, our prayers answered, and our hearts filled with gratitude for the countless blessings bestowed upon us.

Ramadan Kareem!

Ramez Islambouli
